"BianaLeuca is a great place to stay in Leuca. The location is great, short walk to restaurants and right on the ocean. Lots of amazing views minutes away, Leuca is a beautiful place. Dotato anche di un posto auto in caso serva e di una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro di santa Maria di leuca a piedi. Molto silenzioso perché defilato dal centro ma con accanto un delizioso tipico alimentari ed anche un bar. "I have no idea why this hotel rates itself is four stars. I wonder if an organization has checked if it's actually four stars. We came at late evening and there was no hot water to shower. Mauro, the person who met us, was very nice and kind and made great beach and restaurant recommendations. This was the highlight of the experience. The water has a weird salty taste. There are no hangers for towels in the bathroom. Or if you use them they fall off the wall. The beds and pillows are not...

"It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
