"Amazing restored historical hotel. Beautifully done room. Staff great. Restaurant in hotel and nearby nearby restaurants well enjoyed. Great walkable large park and lake in back yard. Busy area but room was very quiet. We were extremely happy with our stay at the Hacienda. "

"Great location. Water is right beside the building. Staff are super friendly and kind.Coffee and Tea are available at the main building all the time. Packed breakfast was a nice bonus. Heated pool was really nice. The building is bit old and carpet was not so clean, I should bring my own slippers (I used my flipflops instead)."

"The phone didn't work in room. Had to call office with my cell and they said no one there but her so couldn't fix. I said we didn't get wash clothes and I had to come up and get. I opened fridge and a roach crawled out from under. I didn't expect much for the price but still a $100 room and a $60 deposit. Should have better service. Was only 7 pm when ask to get phone and wash clothes. Need work People were friendly tho. Help doesn't deserve bad review because of owner. "
