"I left a bunch of stuff in the closet when I checked out but I was so pleased to have been helped with great customer service in retrieving my belongings. They were packed away in a bag and ready for me when I picked it up. Dennis was also very kind in informing me about the late check out fees and even called my room to remind me to check out before I was charged. Thank you Hampton Inn MV/SD staff!"

"5 stars but location location location! Is horrible! It’s right off a busy highway no street parking minimal hotel parking. Walk rating is poor! They give you 5 star service walking you to your room which was very nice but with one person working the desk and your the customer trying to check in you can’t. The lobby is locked down they can’t answer the phone so that initial arrival experience was horrible. "

"Victor at the front desk was accommodating and so helpful upon arrival after a day’s travel. He was a god’s send. No wall hooks for towels in the bathroom is the only complaint. I would stay again!"
