"We arrived at midnight. The front desk person was on her cell phone on speaker, told the person “hold on, I have a customer” and sat the phone down on the desk next to her. I don’t know if she had them on mute, but she verbally verified my phone number and email address to me! The room was exceptional, very comfortable. The beds were true queen beds, plenty of room. We were only there for a short sleep and breakfast (which was also fantastic). But we plan to book at Tru from now on!"
