"Welcoming to travelers. I always feel like family when I stay here. Staff are well acquainted with their guests & take the time to get to know new ones. There is close parking near your room with well-lit parking lots. Security cameras always on. It's also child-friendly. Very professional people & the service is always great! You can look forward to a hot cup of coffee on a cold day. "

"When I checked in, I was assigned room 231. I asked about a room downstairs because it is difficult for me to climb stairs. I mentioned that when I stayed here previously, I was in room 109 at which time he double-checked and assigned me room 109 They are updating the rooms and they are very nice.. "
