My girlfriend organized everything and requested an upgrade and Kuma preselected a great room for my 30th birthday and Yvonne did great checking in throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable/ needed anything. Restaurant Aoi on property was exceptional. Amazing food and service. Hotel had a full gym and so many amenities for guests. I was very impressed. "

"I fogot the young man's name but he was super nice and patient. We stayed there for Christmas (me and my 11 year old son). He was so professional and nice. My Son would chat with him daily. He solve every problem or concern I had; from housekeeping not giving fresh towels (he sent them up within 5 minutes)... to taking a pic for me, of me and my Son for Christmas... He's a tall young man with dark hair and had on some nice red and white Jordan's 😅... He works the evening shift"
