"This is a lovely property. The rooms are clean, but could use an uplift. The people who work here are kind and engaging. The room kitchens do not contain all the basic items generally included at suite hotels. There is some minor disrepair throughout the property…it needs some love. The pool deck is EXTREMELY slippery when wet. It needs to be replaced before someone gets hurt."

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"A heads up from Expedia about lobby renovations would have been nice. But outside of that clean comfortable room. Desk staff friendly and helpful with minor room issues which was addressed promptly."
