"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"My husband and I stayed here two years ago (in early Nov). My cousin and I were coming for the Christmas markets and decided to stay at Buda Castle Hotel-- I like the location so much. It beautiful, it's quiet, the walking and shopping is lovely. The hotel itself is spacious and comfortable. We had a room with an upstairs loft bed and downstairs was a sofa bed. Both beds were outstanding and the room was quite quiet. We asked for complimentary bath robes and extra towels and got them...
