"Fantastic! Very modern and clean hotel room. Fabiana was a wonderful host. She got us a car service to pick us up from the Marina which we very much appreciated as we had an extremely long and difficult travel day. She met us at almost 8:30PM at night to help check us in as there is no front desk at this hotel. She also shared with us a long list of recommendations for Capri and Anacapri. "we really enjoyed our stay at B&B La Bella Annacapri. Mariateresa was really great at helping us out with locating the town centres, souvenir shops, restaurants, and as well as bus ticket offices. She also helped us get our tickets to Capri and going back to Naples, and even went above and beyond by giving us instructions on what steps to do to locate property. We really appreciated the Lemon sponge cakes we were given upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again in the future!"

"Carlo, the owner is really nice and does its maximum to help. The view from the terasse is just stunning. The breakfast is wonderful and I strongly encourage you to take the dinner option because it was delicious. The room was large and nice but we miss a tea/coffee in room and the pool seems not very well maintained."

"Nice relaxing area with tons of parking, great views. Staff is very nice and helpful. 30 minute walk into Sorrento *I always walked down, which they got a neat walkway down the mountain,* but walking back up is another story, recommend the bus that says *Priora* for that. All in all it was a great stay."

"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......
