From arrival I was warmly greeted and taken to my room. "Really nice surprise to get complimentary laundry service every day. Overall very nice and I would recommend it but it’s not 5 full stars, close though. Just a little more attention to detail (garden, maintenance) would get them the top review. "

"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

I was premium sea view with balcony and the glass and mirrors in the bathroom were pretty cool and sexy.There was a nice beach bag with towels for the pool which was a nice touch.
