"we booked back when it was still margaritaville and not dreams. when we arrived, we were greeted by kind people and that stayed the same throughout the visit. everyone was so nice and always said hello. a few issues we had (very small, not a big deal): our tv did not work which was fine since we didn’t stay in the room long but it would’ve been nice to watch before bed; we were under the impression when booking that it was adults only, but there were many kids around. it didn’t ruin our trip but we had gone with the idea it would be adults only. some of the restaurants are only open a few days of the week, so we never got to try the Caribbean place which my boyfriend really wanted to try. aside from all that, the food was good, everything was clean. our butler was soooo kind and helpful. the beach right outside the resort is rocky so we didn’t get to swim in it much but we just walked a bit and found a better swim area. again, not a big deal for us. overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend to others & come back as well! "

O único ponto chato é a questão das piscinas para membros Vips, que não tinham nenhuma sinalização, nós entramos e fomos retirados do local, isso é uma situação chata. Além disso, não foi meu preferido em relação às bebidas."

"Secrets Cap Cana was amazing. Mom/daughter trip- 5 days . Overall: The entire resort was easy to get around, was kept in great shape, was very clean and the service was top notch! Everyone was so friendly and remembered you. Beach and Pool: The beach was large, very clean, the sand was soft and without garbage, the water was calm, shallow and without waves like in Punta Cana. There was ample amount of seating (both covered and uncovered) on the beach and in the pool. People weren’t having to get up early to stake out their spots. The moment you walked on beach, you were greeted with a friendly smile and impeccable service with 1-2 servers that laid out your towels (plentiful), brought bucket of ice water & served you all day. (Highly recommend Danny!). Don’t forget ample sun screen and raft! Buying it there is $$$. Food/Drinks: many restaurant offerings (varying in style and type), easy to get in and food was great (better than other Secrets we have been to). We drank the water (other than brushing teeth- used bottled) and ate whatever we wanted the entire time and had zero GI issues. Spa: amazing! Rooms: high floor tropical King suite. Perfect, clean, partial ocean views Concierge: Carlos- great! Even had room decorated and had a cake for my bday. Safety: we stayed at resort. Very safe. Airport transfer: great! Cons: small gift shop $$- toothbrush $8. Highly recommend Secrets CC. Bring cash don’t forget to tip! "

"We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home. The balcony is facing the pool and the sea, so the view is very nice. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is well equipped. The AC works very well. We will come back again ! Raphaelle B. "
