Royal Cancún Resort has amazing staff, who always greet you warmly. The food was great and there were different options each night. Booking excursions was easy and the staff gave us affordable options. Overall, an excellent resort for families!

Very expensive high end stores. Nice options though. We saw plenty of opportunity to go on excursions but was returning to Cancun for relaxation.

The best choice to shop in Cancun for midle Economy, you can find stores like Old Navy, American Eagle, H&M, GAP amd a lot of other brands

Dinners are not pre booked, first come first served...but they get a wait list quickly at certain spots. Ideal dinner time is 6:30 ( when they open... steak house had a line of about 35 couples by 6pm... or an hour before they close (if you can wait 30-45 minutes at the bar). There are plenty of restaurants on site though... all very good.
