"Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms at an outstanding location. Service and staff were great. Easy access to the bus for skiing and a good restaurant (only ate breakfast though they serve all meals). Definitely would return!"

"The hotel was good for our ski holiday. The property is a bit of a walk from the majority of restaurants, so we did have a 15-20 minute walk or so each night for dinner. We could've shuttled, but didn't mind the walk. Parking was free and easy under the hotel. The hot tub was large and nice after a ski day. The shuttles to the local ski areas stop right out front. "This hotel and its staff were very nice. Conveniently located next to a bunch of gift shops and restaurants. Felt very safe and room was super clean. There’s a great paved walking trail across the street that my wife and I walked after dinner. Would stay here again!"

Great Jasper hotel

"Amazing cozy hotel right on the main road of Jasper. Close to everything. Room was very modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

Hotel good, avoid hot tub

"Arrived at the hotel and checked into our room which was a double room, which looked large on photos but wasn’t at all. Had to speak to reception about a loud whirring noise coming from the radiators. Peter the maintenance man came and told us it should not have been happening, he was super helpful. Honey on the desk sorted us an upgraded replacement room within a few minutes which was a much better and bigger room with no noise. The only downside is after visiting the hot tub and pool, myself and my partner left feeling incredibly itchy and my skin has come out in rashes on my hands which has lasted a number of days. This has been diagnosed as hot tub folliculitis which is due to poor sanitation in the pool facilities. Avoid them if possible. "

"We arrived in town earlier than expected and was able to check in way earlier which is very nice. Staff is friendly to greet us and pool is also nice. We got to enjoy pool and slide to ourselves for about an hour before more people joins in. Room we got has mountain view so its a bonus. Only thing is building is getting it years. Toilet flashing very very slow. Elevator is slow. TV channels were not on right cabel input and has to adjust. But overall we enjoy our time. "
