They have all possibilities to be a great hotel. But, they need to improved restaurant service and food quality. Also, mattress needs to be better selection. Mattress in my room was too hard. This hotel room are nice.

Hotel confuso, faço reserva para um casal e uma criança de 11 anos e só disponibilizam 1 cama! Informam que eu deveria ter solicitado cama extra na reserva, absurdo já que a reserva é para um casal e uma criança de 11 anos! Ai queriam cobrar uma taxa adicional pela criança, mesmo sem fornecer a cama! Ao entrar no quarto, piso laminado destruido sem manutenção, qualidade das toalhas de banho terríveis. Estacionamento lotado, dificil acha4 onde parar o carro. Em Piracicaba existem melhores opções de hotel com preços semelhantes ou até inferiores. Não irei repetir a experiência!

Local agradável, porém peca na limpeza. Mesmo ao iniciar o serviço de café da manhã, era possível ver mesas e ambiente sujos. A piscina e a jacuzzi também pecavam de melhores cuidados. Café da manhã sem variedade, com os mesmos itens todos os dias. Quarto com bom tamanho e bem equipado.

O restaurante já foi melhor. Um contra filé que era mais da metade em gordura. Chegou frio é difícil de mastigar. Café da manhã poderiam ligar o ar condicionado ao invés de deixar as portas abertas. Com o calor, muitas moscas sobre as frutas e demais alimentos expostos para consumo.

Não vale o preço que cobra.
Estruturalmente bom, porém tem mt o que melhorar. Quartos com camas não confortáveis e pouco isolamento acústico. Cafe da manhã sem mta opções. O pior se refere ao estacionamento. Eles permitem que carros bloqueiem outros carros, mas não tem manobrista. Fiquei 15 min aguardando a boa vontade de um hóspede e a pouco entendimento da recepção Qnt a minha urgência de sair. Não ficaria novamente. Frustrante.

Tem uma boa estrutura, é bonito e os funcionários são excelentes, muito educados e prestativo. A aréas comuns são bem legais (hall de entrada, restaurante e piscina por exemplo). O quarto do hotel não é tão legal, as camas são desconfortáveis, o quarto tinha mal cheiro bem como as toalhas estavam sujas (tive que solicitar a troca que foi atendida prontamente) e existia um barulho constante aparentemente de tubulação de ar. O café da manhã é ok, o único problema é a falta de organização, pois pode tomar café apenas 1 vez por quarto, mas não existe um controle da entrada, com isso os funcionários ficam completamente perdidos, ficam te questionando várias vezes o número do quarto o que gera um incomodo.

É bom, mas para ser ótimo precisa melhorar.
O hotel é muito bom, moderno e bonito. No entanto, a capa de plástico do colchão compromete completamente o conforto. Além disso, os quartos apresentam um barulho constante, semelhante ao de um transformador elétrico, que é bastante incômodo. O ar-condicionado também apresentou problemas, sendo necessário chamar o serviço de quarto duas vezes para resolver a situação. No café da manhã, a equipe constantemente pergunta aos hóspedes o número do quarto, já que só é permitido tomar o café da manhã uma vez. Esse procedimento acaba sendo desconfortável e invasivo. A situação poderia ser facilmente resolvida com a instalação de uma catraca que permita o acesso utilizando o cartão do quarto, proporcionando mais praticidade e uma experiência mais agradável para os hóspedes.
