"The only real issue that was experienced was access to the property at the beginning. I found this an irritation which was resolved by the support team on the phone. I was worried about the location and it was strange to access from a service road and also that the initial door access was left open a number of times. The room was clean, tidy and a great location."

"This hotel is fantastic! Very clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds nice big walk in shower. Being right at the airport terminal is a bonus. No shuttle required in the morning to catch your flight. The underground to get you into London and the bus station is in walking distance and very easy to access and figure out. The breakfast you get is the best I have ever had at a Holiday Inn Express. North American holiday Inn Express should all have this much selection. So many hot and cold food choices. Gilbert and his team do a fantastic job looking after guests. Way to go Gilbert! The fish and chips in the sister hotel restaurant are amazing. I would recommend trying them! Overall I would stay here again next time I am in the UK and recommend this hotel to all Canadians and Americans travelling to the UK. "

Perfect Pre-flight Stay

"Sofitel Heathrow T5 is the perfect stay with kids especially when taking early morning flights. Super convenient access to the Terminal. Check-in and check-out are both quick and seamless. The staff is very welcoming, helpful with luggage arrangements, and accommodating with kids. Room sizes are very generous, especially the family rooms. And, the food options are ample and tasty for a family. This hotel is top of the list if you’re looking to take the stress out of travelling with young kids, especially if you’re making a long journey to Heathrow."
