"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "

"Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i would come back again!"

"We had a pleasant stay at the MarSenses Paradise Club in Menorca. The service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel also provides a lot of activities and entertainment, making it a great choice for families with kids. Overall, it's good value for money. On the downside, we visited in late September and found that the swimming pools weren't heated. As a result, very few people were swimming, and the kids' pool was quite cold, so it was more enjoyable to spend time at the beach. "
