“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

“Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back.”

“Solid apartment upstairs from a restaurant with plenty of safe parking. Could sleep up to 4 with 3 bed options. Water pressure was good but faucets sprayed all over. Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!”

“Very close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Owner provides great recommendations. Wish we had more time to try it all. But it was a quick trip with a lot of excursions. Loved the jacuzzi, very relaxing. I can imagine that you can see the sunset from the ocean view side. Great to have a parking spot. There was a lot of space in the apartment. Comes with beach chairs to take to the beach. ”
