Very knowledgeable! There’s a communal building centrally located with fridges for your wine or snacks if you wish to have them on the lawn overlooking the property. "Spiderwebs on the walls and insects on the floor. The towel for the shower is very small. There is a humidiy smell as you enter and it was very humid during the night. I understand that the price is competitive, however i am not sure the room should be offered to start with. The matresses of 2 of the "beds" were superthin. The pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for the menu of the restaurant, we were told they could provide one only if we booked the table."

"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

"The apartment itself was pretty good. Excellent bathroom and a large lounge. It would be good to have some furniture on the balcony. The surrounding area is quiet and a fair distance from any shops or restaurants. The staff, when you could get hold of them. We were staying in Nevers for the motorcycle world championship at nearby Magny Cours. Three days here is long enough."
