"Hello! I always stay at this hotel when I come to Malaysia. Nice staff from Sri Lanka, approachable and friendly."

"This hotel is infested with mould including the room we were given! We asked the man on the front desk if we could move rooms, shocked that he had placed us in such room and he showed us to a new room which had no visible mould but still smelt strongly of mould (mould had clearly been painted over). "Room with no windows that looked like nothing in the pictures. Check in advertised at 3pm but had to sit and wait for 45mins before finally getting keys. Wall were grubby and very basic. I didn't expect much for the money but at least a window and fresh air. "
