El hotel deja mucho que desear. No cumple con las ameities que ofrece. CARO pars lo que brinda. Hotel con pileta que no estaba disponible a esta alrura del año!!! En Ninguna de las 2 habitaciones andaba la television. A la noche colocaron un Chromecast en 1 habitacion. El frigobar de 1 habitacion no andaba. El desayuno "continental" muy pobre!!! Destaco la atencion de la recepcionista Carolina que fue muy amable y diligente. Lo UNICO bueno

Excelente ubicación, muy lindo hotel.

La experiencia es excelente, ya que el hotel está muy bien localizado, la decoración y el ambiente son muy buenos y el precio no es excesivo. Ya había estado otra vez, y lo que noté esta vez es que el personal de la recepción, si bien es educado y amable, no es muy profesional. Tal vez porque son todos extranjeros. Al llegar, la persona que nos atendió nos envió a la habitación 8 en el primer piso, y resulta que no hay habitación 8 en el primer piso, por lo cual tuvimos que bajar a preguntar y nos envió al segundo piso. Antes de eso, bajé del auto para preguntarle donde había una playa de estacionamiento, y me envió a una cuadra en la que no hay un solo estacionamiento. Como conocíamos el barrio, nos ubicamos solos. Al hacer el check out, la persona que estaba, otra extranjera, nos dijo que la reserva había sido hecha sin desayuno, y que el desayuno costaba 10 U$ por persona. Mas allá de que es un precio exorbitante en un país donde por ese precio se puede comer en un restaurante del mismo barrio, después me pidió disculpas y me dijo que la reserva había sido mal pasada y que era con desayuno incluido.

El hotel es muy lindo, y el lugar es inmejorable si queres salir a la noche por la zona. La terraza y la pileta esta muy mal mantenida, nada que ver con las fotos que publican, pero todo lo otro esta muy bien. Nuestra habitación tuvo un problema serio y no nos reubicaron porque estaba lleno el hotel. Por el precio que sale tendría que estár todo en perfecto estado y no es asi. Pero la ubicación es unica, a un paso de todos los bares de la zona

Excelente localização, não poderia ter sido melhor. O hotel tem algumas questões que o desabonam um pouco: o quarto é confortável e limpo, mas encontrei e matei 3 pequenas aranhas na cama. Teve uma queda de energia e fui remanejado para outro andar em um quarto um pouco inferior, que não possuia frigobar por exemplo. O staff é educado, a decoração é contemporânea e muito bonita, mas que não reflete necessariamente nos quartos. Se quiser localização e boa cama, o hotel é perfeito.

REINVERSIÓN URGENTE

Hace tan solo un par de años, supe ir a quedarme en el hotel, probar su gastronomia y la verdad es que era muy disfrutable todo. Una ambientación teatral, tal vez un poco efectista, pero que lograba el impacto, personal muy canchero, y una experiencia global muy grata. Decidí volver a quedarme en él en base a esos recuerdos lindos, Pero en tan solo dos añitos se le ha venido el desgaste encima y la ambientación interior no ha dado la talla. Los deterioros son muy evidentes, en todas las facetas del hotel, habitaciones, áreas comunes y estilo de los equipos de trabajo, que se han vuelto casi antipáticos. No ví cena siendo servida a la noche,, y creo que el área de restaurante como tal, ya no está operativa. La calidad de la propuesta gastronómica al desayuno se volvió muy básica, en cuanto a lo ofrecido, la presentación, iluminación, vajilla. Algo pasa,, se siente que el management actual del hotel está como "en retirada". Lo visualizo como un emprendimiento que, o se reinventa en base a una fuerte inversión y una renovación completa de la propuesta, o decididamente está como para bajar su tipificación a un dos estrellas y empezar a trabajar con un público turista de hostel. A quienes llegan al hotel esperando una experiencia chic o sofisticada,,, la decepción les espera.

Really nice hotel in a nice area!

Very nice hotel in a great area. It is in a great location in Palermo to going to plenty and nice bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. I was sick the first 2 days that we should be in town but the change the date without problems and for the same price! The breakfast is good and it has everything you need! Its a nice pool upstairs aswell. The whole enviroment is nice with a cool and classy decoration. The Only bad thing was the wi-fi could be a littlebit poor sometimes.

Ubicacion ideal.

Excelente ubicación, a 150 metros de plaza cerrano. Cerca de bares, restaurantes y demas negocios. La habitacion es amplia, el precio acorde aunque podria mejorar el desayuno haciendolo un poco mas abundante ya que esperen a que se vacien por completo las bandejas con insumos para reponerlas. No cuenta con restaurant. Tiene pileta.
