“Just an overnight stay in Bournemouth . Staff very pleasant a room was good if small. Two beds together instead of a single double but maybe that was because of getting it in the room. Breakfast good but no toast”

“I stayed at the Laguna as it's my go to hotel when in Poole/Bournemouth. The hotel is clean but not the cleanest, staff are friendly happy and helpful. The hotel is located close to Bournemouth centre, an easy 10 minutes stroll through the pleasure gardens will get you to town centre bars restaurant, shops etc and the beach is just a few minutes further walking. Free parking at the hotel is a big plus and on cloudy or rainy days the hotels own indoor pool is a massive bonus if you have children...

“Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel is in an excellent location and was easy to get to using public transport. My son enjoyed the bunk beds in the family room and tea/coffee etc were replenished daily. The pool and jacuzzi were great.”

“The staff were very courteous and polite, parking was £8 on their grounds which I thought was reasonable, especially when they let us use the car park till the next book in at 2pm even though we booked out by 11 am. There is a night club/late bar on the ground floor so be aware that you can still hear this on the second floor which is where our room was. It wasn't ridiculously loud to be fair.It didn't keep us awake and a bonus if you fancy an after hours night-cap.”
