"I try to stay at Laguna when I visit Bournemouth. It is generally a nice hotel and a pleasant stay. However, because it is January and not very many people staying they did not have the basement bar open and of course no entertainment there which I do enjoy when they have it."

"Good, clean rooms with very comfy bed. Menu options wide & varied, though a little pricey but worth it. A perfect weekend restful break, & will definitely return."

"I was very surprised at this hotel for the price, our room was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Not many hotels I sleep well but the bed was comfy and the pillows. Was lovely waking up and going to the pool/spa facilities. Great stay"

"Absolutely lovely in every way. I go to the Royal Exeter once a month and I feel as if I am returning home each time: from the lovely personal welcome from the reception staff, the comfort of the bed and the linen quality (far superior to some higher rated hotels locally) and the fab breakfast. The super secure parking is another bonus. Can’t wait to be back!"
