"Liked everything about Hampton Inn, especially the staff and service! Broke a wheel off my suitcase and Kila sent Hysa up. He took my bag and brought it back fixed!!! All staff members were friendly yet professional and attentive to our needs. Subsequently went to a high end hotel we had booked that was nonrefundable. Would have preferred to be back at H Inn. U rock!"

"Great place to stay! The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was very friendly. They even let us leave our bags there after checkout so we could explore for a few more hours. If I had to find something to complain about, the door to the bathroom was very heavy and hard to open and only one outlet in the room worked. "

"I enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. Very unique with how they utilized the same room size. The only thing I did not like was, you have to use your room key to access the hotel at night and the elevators at all times. Wonderful! Very safe! However, that’s not my issue. My friend and I came in from dinner very dolled up on Friday night, the concierge woman with curly hair clearly seen us walk in. We came back downstairs staying in the lobby debating on our next place to go when the concierge asked first, can we be helped. Then, when we responded saying “no”. She then asked, if we’re ready to check-in. And yes, we had to walk past her to get to and from the elevator. I don’t know if she was being funny or not, but that didn’t turned us off. Overall, a good time. "
