"My Mom and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was excellent. There is no elevator so the second level with heavy suitcases was difficult but one of the staff assisted us. There isn't much in the line of restaurants in the immediate area by foot. There are two bus stops to take you to downtown Vancouver close by. One is right at the back of the building."

"Our room was great: clean, comfortable beds, working AC, quiet and recently renovated. Gentleman at front desk was very friendly. Two issues to note: There is NO ice machine on the property (we wanted to fill our cooler); I have NEVER stayed at a hotel/motel that did not have an ice machine. Also, there was only one facecloth in the room and when we asked for one more at front desk, we were told that there is only ONE facecloth per room. This is crazy! Later, however, the kind front desk...

"We stayed here as a last minute get away from the mainland and will recommend to all our friends! Staff were very kind and the room was beautiful! Comfortable bed and great washroom with a balcony that had a nice view of the water. The boardwalk was right across the street which was great for views. Mizu was great in the morning helping us with coffee and checkouts. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Rema the Woman that checked us in and helped us in the Lobby area was absolutely fantastic the night of June 22, 2024. She was super friendly and eager to go the extra mile and make our stay extra special and she even went out of her way to get a fan for us to take up to our room. When you have team members like this you had better treat them like gold. She made our stat"

"The only complaint I have is there are no screens in the sliding doors so you can not leave the balcony door/windows open during the night. As there is no air conditioning the room gets extremely hot in the morning with the morning sun. We had a warm night so the room was extremely hot during the night. They do have a small fan in the room. "

"Overall good cheap property to stay at for a few nights. The biggest problem was the loud open exhaust motorcycles speeding by the hotel at all hours of the day and night on Terminal Ave North. "
