Our king size bed was extremely comfortable including the pillows. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Hotel parking although an extra charge was very convenient and hotel location was within walking distance from the harbour side area of Bristol. The warm cookies provided on check-in were a pleasant surprise!

Overall our short stay was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located for the city centre, just a few minutes walk from the station. The room was let down by an annoying rhythmic knocking sound coming from the air conditioning vent. Also, whilst general the room and shower was clean, the shower could have done with a deeper clean as there were signs of mould on the grout.

Excellent location and parking. Nice touches like cookies on arrival and breakfast inclusive. A really great city centre hotel, some flexibility on check in times would be welcomed in future but appreciate this is probably down to keeping service at the highest level.
