"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. The view from the room is spectacular and the area around the hotel very quiet. The breakfasts offered many different options, and the dinners were truly exquisite, prepared nightly by the owner's son, a junior chef...all at an affordable price. The hotel offers a beautiful wellness center and stunning views of the mountains while relaxing after a trip to the sauna or steam room. Be prepared though as it's their custom to elect not to wear towels or bathrobes in that part of the wellness area. Check-out went smoothly as well, and they even gave us a parting gift...very nice gesture. As for any downside, there is no coffee preparation area and no personal refrigerator in the room. Lastly, the Warth area is really for skiers and although we don't ski, we booked the hotel anyways. We had a great time relaxing, walking/hiking trails, snow sledding, and taking in all the beauty that is Austria. Note: ski lessons are available, but we decided to stay grounded...lol.
