The staff was really nice. Check in and out was smooth. I was here for two nights and each morning I was awoken by 6:30-7am and it was too loud to go back to sleep. The bed was comfy but I didn't get to sleep long. Besides the noise it was a good stay for the price and location.

The only thing I would complain about is not having a Trolley to take you back and forth to the bus station, there are not any sidewalks to the location that would be helpful more.

The room was very clean and check in was easy. Close to a strip mall within walking distance (target and dollar tree) to get some snacks for the stay. Overall i would revisit this establishment.

the facility was okay - but not great from a maintenance standpoint. Also, was surprised that there was no free coffee in the morning as there was a charge for this. Liked the closeness to the mall for the access to eating and shopping establishments.

My friend and I stayed here while visiting Salem and it was perfect. While we did put in some money for uber costs, this location was close to Salem, along with shopping malls that made it accessible to things we forgot for our trip. The room was clean, a little outdated but gorgeous.
