Only slight negatives was tgat the bars clided at 10pm which is a littke early, and some of the "hot" breakfast items were not kept that hot. But overall thoroughly recommend the Grandis when staying in Kota Kibabalu and we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Just back from 2 weeks there. Overall pretty good, but some areas are tired. Some rooms have been refreshed but ours wasn’t one of them. Pool area needs more beds. Breakfast a little repetitive. Bar music needs more variety. Same cd every day for many days. Lounge music in evenings tooooo loud. Being a bit picky now.😄 Overall very good value. "
