Great hotel!

Superb hotel with a really friendly pub attached. Big rooms with good TV and you can stream to them if you want to watch a movie. Breakfast was good (no beans though!) and the staff were awesome. The spa was a little pricey but well worth the money after a day on the ski slopes.

Staff at front desk and in restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was an excellent variety, fresh and delicious. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Mediocre, keep expectations low.

As a family of 4 we were supposed to move to a family room but stayed in a room with a sofa bed after the first night to make things easier for the other family in our room and us- not to move. It was a tight fit, the sofa bed was awful, the shower floor was full of limescale. We were gone from 8:00 - 16:00 and our room would not be clean when we returned. The spa was fully booked every hour, every day- so we never got the chance to use it. Not the best experience. However, upon arrival it was very late and a British man with a beard was working - he went above and beyond to help move our sleeping kids in to the hotel. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He also got us some real pillows as we arrived to the room to find only decorative pillows on the sofa bed (small squares).

Fint hotell men med begränsningar

Bra vistelse med familjen men med vissa irritationsmoment. Rummet var i minsta laget för 4 personer. Barnen sov i en bäddsoffa med resårmadrass där fjädrarna gjorde ont i ryggen. Vi bad om en bäddmadrass, men det fanns inte så dom bäddade med ett extra täcke som madrass. Kuddval gick inte att göra då alla kuddar redan var utlånade… Frukosten är helt bra, men i en på tok för liten lokal för mängden besökare. Folk satte sig i receptionen eller gick upp på rummen med sina tallrikar och muggar. Andra dagen av tre var inte rummet städat när vi kom tillbaks från Romme Alpin kl 16… Betalar man tre tusen kronor natten förväntar man sig mer. Parkeringen i garaget kostar 150 kr dygnet dessutom.
