"This is not a hotel. There is no housekeeping for a start. We stayed 5 nights and not once was our towels changed, bins emptied, toilet rolls refilled - nothing. I had to ask for fresh towels and empty our own bin. It states staff are bilingual but they struggled to understand ‘change towels’ or ‘fresh bin bags’. I have to say staff were friendly enough, particularly the chap that waited outside to meet us when we arrived. But there was absolutely no service. The major issue was the cocktail...

We had the family room with bunk beds that worked great, and were put in a fantastic location right in the middle of the resort.
