"This is not a hotel. There is no housekeeping for a start. We stayed 5 nights and not once was our towels changed, bins emptied, toilet rolls refilled - nothing. I had to ask for fresh towels and empty our own bin. It states staff are bilingual but they struggled to understand ‘change towels’ or ‘fresh bin bags’. "The hotel is Thai style, nice rooms, not the newest furniture, its like a retro style I would say. We had an issue with hot water that took them two days to come and fix, but with this the service from all staff was amazing! Pool is little, Its not a place I would book again or recommend but still they were super nice."
