Beware room 216. There is some kind of machinery outside while emits a constant irritating whine, the sort that makes sleep difficult. To the hotel’s credit, they immediately sorted another room for us, and didn’t charge for an up grade. Thanks to the night receptionist, Kyan, for this. Otherwise, everything ok!

Hotel is dated which is not an issue I’ve stayed here 3 times and each time the heating in the room was not working. The room was like a fridge, not very pleasant for winter or cold months. Incredible and comfortable stay Front of house staff were friendly and very helpful Breakfast was delicious - very fresh fruit and pastries and the best poached eggs I’ve had in a long time! Beds super comfy, and the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Stayed in a recently refurbished room and it was fresh, warm, modern decor with an incredible and hot shower. The Elemis toiletries were divine!
