"My experience in this hotel was really bad. My reservation details is attached but they told me there is no availability and took me to an underground room which was very dirty. Furthermore, there is no TV, Internet, air conditioner...etc I did not accept the room but they tried to force me to take it. "Our family arrived hungry and later in the morning the day after we were supposed to check in due to transportation issues and the front lobby expedited check in for us and the buffet to make sure we could eat before it closed. Everyone treated us like the most important dignitaries throughout our stay - our concerns were their concerns. Amazing service!! Also do not miss the view of the first Bosphorus bridge and the mosques in the skyline from the top floors."
