"Friendly welcome at check-in. Had a refurbished room which was very clean and comfortable. Good location, near to most tubes lines and the Elizabeth line. Close to various shops, cafes, coffee shops etc. A couple of very small maintenance issues with room - the shower head was leaking from the pipe and the TV's built in Chromecast feature didn't work. "Property was just as advertised, very warm and perfect for our stay. I would definitely be booking this property again. There wasn’t anybody on the front desk when we arrived and we did have to wait for 20min in the rain to be let in which wasn’t great. Especially when I did respond to an email from the front desk stating that we would be arriving at 2pm the check in time. But other than that "

"we stayed one week at Clermont. The building is well maintained, clean rooms, quiet. The food menu for breakfast is the standard that you can find. Something that you need to consider is that some floors do not have direct access to the lift, you need to use the stairs to get to the lift. Great location if you want to move around the city using the underground since the Victoria station is right there next to the hotel, and also the main stop for some city routes, many options if you want to eat outside, they are close to many restaurants and pubs. "

fantastic hotel, all you need.

"we stayed here for 2 nights with our 8 yr old boy who didnt want to leave. a fantastic hotel who's staff are brilliant, they cant do enough for you. we will definitely come back a short walk to Vauxhall underground or a lovely walk along the thames to Westminster taking in the sights of big ben and houses of Parliament. hotel has a pool and spa which we used and couldnt recommend more. can't wait to come back!!!"

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
