"We spent one night at this wonderful hotel after biking for many hours. The whirlpool and swimming pool were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent dinner and a generous breakfast. As I had a flat the caretaker helped us with pumping up my tire! This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area. "

"The room i was in was reasonably nice. Dated decor, but clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful, however hardly spoke any English, so it was tricky getting checked in and out. Breakfast was poor. "Nice hotel, close to the former border - recommend to ask the boss about it - certainly an interesting conversation. They have also a nice Wellness area (Sauna), Food is very good (we took the local Cold plate for dinner). There is a room which can be locked for bycicles. Friendly staff ! Nearby are Castle Heldburg and nice bike Trails along the former border patrol ways. "

Toilette / Dusche gut ausgestattet und supersauber. Das Frühstück im hübschen Frühstückszimmer vielfältig und reichlich. Leider alles nur über Treppen erreichbar - für uns 80-jährige etwas anstrengend. Die Mitarbeiterin gibt gerne hilfreich Teipps für den Aufenthalt - danke!"
