Great apartment style hotel in a residential area. Well appointed, clean and excellent service. Free shuttle/walkable to one of the biggest mall in Bangkok and a busy commercial area around it with plenty of restaurants. The only drawback is it’s a bit out of the way from the usual tourist spots. But the train station is right next to the shopping mall.

The swimming pool water is very Cold! And the jacuzzi water is kept Freezing cold on purpose!! By definition the water in the jacuzzi must be WARM OR HOT, they purposefully keep it extremely cold , such a waste of beautiful scenery and amenities. I spoke to staff there and they do not understand that jacuzzi water is supposed to be warm...

I recently stayed at this hotel and was warmly welcomed upon arrival. Unlike busier hotels, the staff here provided exceptional attention from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping services prompt and thorough. Additionally, the convenient bus service to Em Quartier made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommend for a pleasant and attentive stay.
