"Disappointing, the pool area is cramped, difficult to get sunbeds, though I appreciate thus us the busiest time of year, towels were stained and sunbed mattresses are distinctly grubby looking. Breakfast time is crazy busy with long queues. We could have had breakfast in lounge, but more choice downstairs, so we opted to join queues. Beds are hard but comfortable, though rooms suffer from both street and adjacent bedroom noise. The windows don't seem to be double glazed and are old allowing...

"It is located within 5 min walk to the Saint Louise BTS station. The hotel was very clean and the staffs were very friendly. The check-in process was quick and easy. The only thing I wish they had at the hotel was a small microwave to warm up some foods. When asking the staffs, they said they didn’t have any microwave at the facility to warm up any food. I would still consider returning back for my future trips."
