"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Älteres Hotel aber sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sauber und die Essensauswahl zum Frühstück war sehr reichlich. Das Schwimmbad war sauber, Wasser war schön warm und ausreichend groß. Parkplätze sind begrenzt vorhanden, aber wir hatten Glück 🙃 Einziges Manko war die Schlafcouch. Das Möbel sollte langsam ausgetauscht werden. Zu Fuß ist vom Hotel aus alles erreichbar. Dankeschön für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. "We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...

"Baltic Amber is a VERY unique place. Its location is PREMIERE, access to private beach is totally unreplaceable. Hotel itself leave a lot to be desired, the main problem is LACK OF AIR CONDITIONNING, which at todays age of global warming is a big NO NO! What compensate this is unbelievable management. "Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot.
