"A nice hotel within the old city walls with adjacent parking. The carpark was almost full by midday and could be a problem during busy periods. We were too early to check in but the receptionist gave recommendations where to have lunch. The room was prepaid and as expected a credit card was required for any extras, unfortunately the bar staff refused to allow drinks to be charged to the room – the management apologised for this when it was brought to their attention. The room (319) was spotless...

"Very basic property, which was ok for our budget. Unfortunatley it wold seem that this property is run by a criminal organisation, as they charged me twice for my room (Cash onsite and then took money from my credit card). I tried contacting them by Mail / Phone but without success. They did not acknowledge that i had tried to contact them. A bunch of crooks !!!"

"Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The price was very doable for the days that we were there, and we were only a 10-15 minute walk from Avignon city center. The room was spacious and very comfy and the manager was very accommodating. We were traveling from the United States, and had a number of issues both on the trip getting to France and leaving, but the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of France again. "
