We visited again February 2025 and it again did not disappoint. The facilities were amazing and the staff was very attentive. Our two young children enjoyed the mini club. Sandra and Dinora were absolutely amazing with the kids, and kept them engaged in many fun activities both in the mini clubhouse as well as on the pool deck. The entertainment staff kept us very busy. We participated in more of the activities this time around and we were glad we did. Alfred and Genna made sure that we would never bored and we loved interacting with them. Many of the staff members that we encountered on our last trip there two years ago remembered us, which made us feel very comfortable and at home.

Good: Well maintained, visually appealing, pools are wonderful. Weather is great year round.
Needs improvement: beach area a big disappointment-not good for swimming in the ocean at all. Poor sound proofing in rooms-can hear a pin drop from five rooms down. Food is average, we usually don’t do all inclusives so maybe it’s good for all inclusive… language barrier was an issue for us… if you speak some Spanish it’s a non issue but if you don’t you will struggle. I was also expecting clay tennis courts in really nice shape per pictures on Expedia and there are only hard courts in so so shape…
