Communicating via text is super convenient. Shower head was offset and shower curtain would not stay towards the wall resulting in water on the floor. Rod is loose."

"Our stay was great & the staff was wonderful. The only hiccup occurred while I was unloading our luggage. With parking almost impossible to find we had no choice but to use valet parking. With the tailgate down on our truck I leaned on it to get the last of my luggage when the valet driver suddenly took off! It was a bit of a jolt to say the least! Praise the Lord he didn’t back up or he would have ran me over! The only damage done was to my large Yeti cup and a little to my cane. In hotels...
