"It needs some updating, and keeping up with paint, and bathrooms may need additional maintenance/cleaning (they don't use bleach to clean), but overall, it's a nice place in a great location. We stayed 6 nights, mainly to sleep and keep visiting the area. Overall some small improvements are needed, but really good value for the area. "

I totally recommend the place, the attention of the hosts, the views, the decorations. I loved the balconies and the large pool with a place special for argentinian barbecues. "Foi otimo! Super central, da para fazer tudo a pé. O apto é novo, muito limpo e muito confortavel. Tambem é silencioso, mesmo no meio de uma rua muito movimentada. A equipe é super atenciosa, e sempre presente para quaisquer duvidas, respondendo muito rapido no whatsapp e dando muitas indicacoes. Recomendo!"
