“ I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.”

“This hotel is closed for refurbishment. Why is it featuring on here as being able to be used for service? It’s closed for a remake.”

“The hotel overall is indeed at par with standard hotels in the developed countries. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and there was steady power supply. I think there is room for improvement in their wifi connectivity. I will surely stay here again sometime in the future.”

“Though the Expedia listing says breakfast is included, it definitely is not. They did not have a record of my booking when I arrived and it took 30 minutes to be let into my room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“I don’t think the breakfast call is necessary, it’s enough to tell guests when the buffet opens and let them decide if they’ll go for it or not. Alternatively, allow guests to make wake call request ”

“It's an old hotel, needs rehabilitation, renovation and reactivation. My toilet door locked me for 2hours, I was shouting no body heard me, no room service , I have trekked outside to buy soap and tissue, no towel, nothing given to me. TV is blind, mosquito had their feast on my body, they said no mosquito repellent available. Agura hotel is as good as a short time chalet. ”

“Service was poor. In a two night stay, I had to move rooms three times. When I checked in, I realized that four our of the eight bulbs in the room were dead. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance to replace the bulbs. How does a hotel not ensure that the bulbs in their rooms are replaced. I woke up the first morning to loud noises outside my window. When I looked out, I noticed a mechanic's workshop right under my window. They moved me to a quieter room, but the Internet did not...

“The issue is the room I stayed in. Liked the vintage furniture. There were health and safety risk within the room ie the fridge cabinet door was damaged could not be closed, same with the shower door. There was a persistent awful and disgusting smell from the toilet /shower room. Convenience was poor ie something as simple as a bed switch for the light was absent.. The room internal walls and door were stained, dirt behind the bed, holes on parts of the wall paper, and more. ”
