I felt the front desk staff was not on top of things due to the full occupancy of the hotel. My example is that fact that no one informed us of the parking garage policy upon check in. It’s a night shift at an inn so I don’t expect anything from the service, but it was just a pleasant surprise. This guy is clearly proud of his job, likes people and walks life with respect to his work and others. And that’s so nice to see. And Hampton in just never disappoints with the cozy clean rooms. "

"The room was nicely sized and fairly sound proof. There was a moderate amount of ambient noise that could be heard from either side of the room during the early hours of the morning and later at night, most likely as other guest got ready for the day or bed. The bathroom was fairly clean but there were some strands of really long hair left in the shower on the shower wall. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom because I don’t see how they could’ve been missed. "
