"The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. "I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning. I'm home in Spain and thrilled with the treatment I received from the Sheraton. Thank you"

"The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated. "
