The property was conveniently located to the 5th Ave. Mall for shopping, and was easily accessible to being able to get around Anchorage, Alaska.
What I did not like was: when my grown children tried to check in they were treated as though they were a family of criminals. I had made the reservation and got our conformation, so I thought everything was set. Was I ever wrong. If it would not have been for my sister being there to help them, I am not sure they would have had a place to stay at all on Friday night. Then there was a $100.00 deposit that was added on, that was not mentioned on the web site. When I finally arrived on Saturday afternoon, they had told that the TV hadn't worked and there were no batteries in the remote. I went to the front desk, got new batteries, still no TV. They sent someone up to fix it, and he was supposed to come back with a new remote, that never happened. We went to dinner and I asked the front desk to see if they could get the problem solved before we came back. We never had a working TV the whole time we were there. I worked hard for my money as I am sure you do to, so when I spend that money on something as a hotel room, I at least expect to be treated as a human and not a criminal. I have been distraught over this since it has happened and I am very displeased with your services at this particular site. I will not recommend these accommodation to anyone travelling to Anchorage in the future.
