The mgr hung up on me when I requested a refund and this was after I had to call multiple times to even get in touch with someone to help me . People live in the hotel and it’s unsafe . The front desk doesn’t have someone available to help. The towels were dollar tree towels and our room had no towels when we checked in, when we went to ask for towels, we were told it would be a couple hours for towels because there were...
