최악입니다. 동양인 차별인지 뭔지 모르겠지만 체크아웃날 부당한 대우를 받았습니다. 맡겨둔 짐을 찾으려고 다시 가서 리셉션에서 줄을서서 기다리고 있었고, 키큰 여직원은 우리가 먼저온것을 분명히 봤는데도, 늦게온 다른손님들을 먼저도와주며 우리보러 줄 맨뒤로 가라고 했습니다. 말투도 매우 무례했습니다. 덕분에 저희는 매우 오래기다려야 했고, 공항에 늦었고, 기분이 상했습니다. 암스테르담 시내로 접근성도 최악이고, 호텔스닷컴에 나온것처럼 24시간체크인도 아닙니다. 호텔에서 파는 생수도 바가지구요. 절대 가지 마세요.
Honestly, the worst. Nothing in this hotel works. No 24hr check-in as advertised- had to wait 3hrs+ for our room, on a chilly morning. Minibars broken. Sink wouldn't drain. Far distance from Amsterdam city, even by metro. Received the worst and rudest treatment on our last day. We were waiting in a horizontal LINE to get the luggage we'd left, honestly a quick and simple task, and the lady at reception clearly saw we had arrived first. HOWEVER she proceeded to order us to go behind all the other customers (who arrived much later than us) and helped all of them first. That all took such a long time, and thanks to this, we were almost late for our flight. We were so surprised at this rude treatment, and it was such a shame because the rest of our Amsterdam trip was very lovely. But no, not this hotel unfortunately.
