"Nice hotel, the location is convenient as it's close to the city centre, but removed enough to have a quiet night. The room we had was clean and spacious. The only downside for me was the coffee, which unfortunately tasted burned. The rest of the breakfast was good, though."

"The location is great. The stairs are brutal with a suitcase, but I knew about that going in so I can't knock the place. The views for breakfast were great. Check-in was a mess, the host said someone would meet us at the dock, but no one showed. The host does not belong in customer service. I asked if we could have breakfast at 7 so we could have an early start and she told us we would have to make our own breakfast. She insisted breakfast should be at 8:30. "The staff were incredibly helpful - ordering taxis for us in the mornings and assiting our friend with booking a bus ride home. The rooftop bar is lovely and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The complementary breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend a stay here! "

"Apartment was very clean. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Colorful and bright decorative color palette. Things to improve: bathroom folding door was broken when we arrived and as a result difficult to close. Towel Hook was loose and about to break off so we couldn't use. Led light remained on in bedroom ( not sure what it was from, security? Smoke detector?. Very minor inconveniences in light of the good quality and cleanliness of apartment."
