"We were sadly only here for one night, but our loft room was SO cool, we actually ended up ditching the large king bed below and slept on the twin beds up top to watch the northern lights through the skylights up there. There were really cute horses on the property too when you enter, which was a huge unexpected bonus! It was close enough to the city for us with our rental car, yet very quiet and peaceful set back right on the water. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is very convenience. Park a little hard if you arrived late. They very care and help you checking smoothly even though you checking late. The owner is very nice and make all guests free mango smoothie and it was delicious. The room is spacious and neat. The bathroom is shared but very clean. You can go other levels to use bathroom if the level that you stay is occupied. "

"This property is located in the heart of walkable Reykjavik and was hosted by a wonderful, English speaking Icelandic woman. The apartment had all the right amenities supplied in the kitchen - toaster microwave, fridge etc that helped us make dinners rather than go out every night. "We loved our stay at the hotel. We visited for Airwaves and the hotel was within minutes from the venues and made it easy to get around. It's next to all the sites you can walk to and enjoy the city center. Perfect location all around. Bus stop #1 is a block away and that is extremely convenient for airport transfer and tours. The people are always friendly and knowledgeable and help with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The food was fantastic and very friendly staff. Public transport is limited and the hotel staff didn't have any knowledge about this, taxi to the centre £14 but we managed to work out the bus and the fare was 57p!! use the bus stop opposite the hotel no 5 drops off a few streets away from the Church and pick it back up by Chicken Wings facing East two streets down but the drivers are not friendly sadly..but the buses ran on time.."
