“New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. ”

“I will not this hotel anymore, hotel staff is too much rude, room is different from the official picture. Totally different! This is not 5 star hotel, 2-3stars”

“My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna. And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice. So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks. p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible. ”

“We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. “Neat & nice resort with all good amenities & beach facilities with nice pools and landscape . A reasonable value for money for this hotel type resort & good room services . Located next to a beach club playing loud music till 4AM . The sea is calm & no high waves noticed like other unsuitable beaches in the north coast which is a big advantageous issue. “The hotel bed is not comfortable The beach is full of plastic on the sand , water . People throw glass bottles on the sea . Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views . Pool water very cold . The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions ”

“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there.
